Rep. Miller describes how ‘country boys’ politicked for parish

State Reps. Dustin Miller and Phillip DeVillier might not seem like a team.
Miller, of Opelousas, is a Democrat and DeVillier, of Eunice, is a Republican.
But the two St. Landry Parish politicians were elected when Gov. John Bel Edwards, a Democrat, was governor.
