A local man is dead after an attempted murder-suicide that occurred near Eunice last Wednesday evening.
As of press time, the man had not been identified.
According to a report from the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office, the incident started with a man who attempted to kill his wife during a domestic dispute, and the dispute occurred at a campground near U.S. Highway 190.
