The Eunice High School Cheer Team proudly represented their school this week at the SCA Cheer Camp held at McNeese State University, and they didn’t’ come home empty handed. Cheer sponsor Jamie Thibodeaux reported that her squad received a lot of positive attention at the three-day camp and even returned home with some hardware to prove it.
The Eunice High School Cheer Team proudly represented their school this week at the SCA Cheer Camp held at McNeese State University, and they didn’t’ come home empty handed.
Eunice High’s Cheer Team now boasts three All-Americans, including Jy’terrius Dupre, Ava Elfert and Destiny Reed. Dupre won the jump off contest, “for obvious reasons”, his proud coach shared. Last but certainly not least, the Eunice Cheer Team was only one of two teams out of the 16 in attendance to be selected for the prestigious Spirit Award.
