Allen Louis Murphy

    Allen Louis Murphy passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at the age of 78. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at 9:00 AM at St Edward Catholic Church in Richard with Father Wayne Duet celebrant. Burial will follow in St Edward Cemetery.
    At the request of family, visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 from 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM at Quirk and Son Funeral Home of Eunice with a Rosary at 6:00 PM by Deacon Gary Gaudin. Visitation will resume on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at 8:00 AM until time of Services.
    Allen is survived by three sons, Burley Murphy and wife Karen, Thomas Murphy and wife Maddie, Steven Murphy; one daughter, Sharon Murphy; three sisters, Jeanette McBride, Evelyn Higginbotham and husband Ollie, Katherine Veneble and husband Randy; fourteen grandchildren and thirty great grandchildren.
