It is with great sadness that the family of Ann Fontenot announces her passing on Sunday, September 29, at 6:27 p.m. at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital. She was 73.
A celebration of life will be celebrated on Saturday, October 12 at 11 a.m. at the New Zion Baptist Church in Eunice with interment following at Honey Bee Cemetery in Eunice with Elder Vernon Price of Living Water Ministry Church officiating.
Visitation will be held Saturday from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the New Zion Baptist Church in Eunice.
Ann was known for her membership and involvement at church, and she loved cooking, tutoring kids, crossword puzzles and spending time with her family and friends.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, especially her daughter Helen Price of New Orleans; brothers, Ralph Frank Sr. of Ville Platte, Johnny Paul Frank of Baytown, Texas; Bertrand Frank of LaPort, Texas; Tony Frank of Ville Platte, Daniel Frank of Eunice and Michael Williams of Dallas, Texas; and two grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Francis Frank Sr. and Helen Frank, her husband, Harry D. Fontenot, one brother, Francis Frank Jr. and one sister, Barbara Salton.
Pall bearers will be Joseph Dupre, Henry L. Semien, Deā€™Mante Gallow, Joel Frank, Ralph Frank Jr. and Bradley Gallow.
Frank Brothers Funeral Home in Eunice is in charge of all arrangements.
