Donald Dean Godeaux passed away on Friday, July 3, 2020 at the age of 82. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, July 6, 2020 at 2 p.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church with Father Hampton Davis celebrant. Entombment will follow in St. Paul Mausoleum.
At the request of family, visitation will be held on Sunday, July 5, 2020 from 2 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Quirk and Son Funeral Home of Eunice with a Rosary at 6 p.m. by Deacon Gary Gaudin and will resume at 8 a.m. on Monday, July 6, 2020 until time of Services.
“Dean” is survived by two sons, Don Godeaux and wife Angela, Michael Godeaux and wife Toni; one daughter, Monica Lane and husband Jace; six grandchildren, William, Hayden, Meagan, Jonathan, Emmie, Samuel and one great-grandchild, Asher.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta Babineaux Godeaux; parents, Johnny and Susie Fontenot Godeaux; two grandchildren, Ashton and Lainey Godeaux.
