Elgene L. LeDoux

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Elgene L. LeDoux announces her passing on Monday, December 17, 2018 at Eunice Manor with loving family by her side. She was 84. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at 2:00 pm at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Eunice. Burial will follow in the Frey Cemetery with Deacon David Guillory officiating.
Elgene was a homemaker and devoted her life to the care of her family. She was a loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and friend and will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her especially her two children, Cheryl Pitre and husband, James of Kinder and Timothy J. LeDoux and wife, Charlotte of Eunice; her daughter-in-law, Peggy Miller of Lafayette; her four grandchildren, Chasity Cahanin, Jeromie LeDoux. Charles Tweedel, Jr. and Michael Ryan LeDoux and eight great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty four years, Henry H. LeDoux; her son, Michael G. LeDoux; parents, Gilbert and Daisy Veillon Leger and a sister, Bernice L. Credeur.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Eunice on Tuesday, December 18th from 10:00 am until time of services. Deacon David Guillory will recite a Rosary at 1:00 pm on Tuesday.
