EUNICE-It is with heavy hearts that the family of baby Etlee Wade Qualls announces his passing on Monday, March 30, 2020 at the Our Lady of Lourdes Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Lafayette. A private graveside service will be held in the Ashford Cemetery with Deacon Gary Gaudin officiating.
Etlee was born on March 30, 2020 and although his time here was brief, he leaves to cherish his memory, his loving parents, Kaitlyn Thibodeaux and Jason Qualls of Eunice; his paternal grandparents, Melvin and Pam Qualls of Eunice; maternal grandfather, Eugene Thibodeaux of Duralde; paternal great grandmother, Curtis Bundick of Eunice; aunt, Chelsie Thibodeaux; and other extended family and friends.
Preceding Etlee in death were his maternal grandmother, Nicole Thibodeaux, and his paternal great grandfather, Bill Bundick.
