It is with great sadness that the family of Glenda Spencer announces her passing on Saturday, Aug. 14, 2021 at 1:05 p.m. at her residence. She was 72.
A celebration of life will be celebrated on Saturday, Aug. 21, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Frank Brothers Funeral Home in Eunice with Pastor Neil Citizen officiating.
Visitation will be held Saturday, Aug. 21, 2021 from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Frank Brothers Funeral Home.
Glenda enjoyed reading her Bible, cooking, traveling, watching movies and spending time with family and friends.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, especially her spouse Charles Spencer of Franklin, her son, Shannon D. Strauss of Iota, her daughter, Tabatha D. Alfred of Eunice, her brother, Stanley Strauss Jr. of Lake Charles, nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents Stanley Strauss Sr. and Valentine Guidry, and two sisters, Linda Strauss and Belinda Gobert.
Frank Brothers Funeral Home in Eunice is in charge of all arrangements.
