Jonathon Blake Maxfield passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2018, at the age of 52.
No services have been scheduled at this time.
Blake is survived by his brother, Brian Maxfield of Eunice.
Blake was preceded in death by his parents, James Maxfield Sr. and Gwendolyn Courville Maxfield , two brothers; Jimmy Maxfield Jr. and Jeremy Maxfield.
Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice is in charge of the arrangements.
