It is with great sadness that the family of Joseph Wilson Anderson announces his passing on Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 1:22 a.m. at his residence. He was 65.
A celebration of life will be celebrated on Saturday, Nov. 30 at 10:30 a.m. at the New Testament Ministry II in Rayne. Interment will be at Kimble Chapel Cemetery in Ridge with Rev. Mary Ann Cole of the New Testament Ministry II officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday, Nov. 30 from 8 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at the New Testament Ministry II in Rayne.
Joseph enjoyed watching wrestling, football, basketball, and spending time with his family and friends.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, especially his companion and friend Connie Cook of Rayne, his sons, Cody Bob and Cedric Bob, both of New Iberia, his daughters, Cherie Lee of New Iberia, Mary Anderson, Jasmine Cook and Jalisa Cook, all of Rayne, his brother, Albert Anderson of Rayne, his sister, Eva Mae Anderson of Rayne, and 10 grandchildren
He is preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and one brother.
Pall bearers will be Tevin Anderson, Joshua Anderson, Donovan Anderson, Roger Anderson, David Arceneaux, Timothy Cormier, Albert Anderson Jr. and Brian Bias.
Frank Brothers Funeral Home in Eunice is in charge of all arrangements.
