It is with great sadness that the family of J’Allen R. Jones announces his passing on Sunday, March 25, 2017 at 12:25 p.m. at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, Connecticut. He was 31.
A celebration of life will be celebrated on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Luke Baptist Church in Eunice with interment following at Honey Bee Cemetery in Eunice. The Reverend Eddie Caston Jr. will officiate. Visitation will be from 7 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 7, 2018 at St. Luke Baptist Church.
J’Allen was known for spending time with his son, eating out, watching and playing basketball, listening to music, rapping and traveling.
J’Allen will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, especially his father Don Harris of Birmingham, Alabama; his mother Jessica N. Jones of Decatur, Georgia, his son Jalyn Semaj Jones of Bristol, Connecticut; and his sister Diamond Bradley of Altlanta, Georgia.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather and maternal grandparents.
Pallbearers will be Joshua Jones, Jalil Jones, Jonah Gobert, Benjamin Hurks, Javon Pemberton and Jared Barron.
Frank Brothers Funeral Home in Eunice is in charge of all arrangements.
