Cecilia – A Funeral Ceremony was held at 1 pm on Friday, October 6, 2017, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Lloyd Dennis Robinson, 59, who passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2017, at The Carpenter House St. Joseph Hospice.
Visiting hours were observed from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Friday at Pellerin Funeral Home in Cecilia.
Pastor Joseph Jenkins officiated at the Funeral Ceremony. Interment followed at St. Joseph Cemetery in Cecilia.
Lloyd had a fondness for the arts – he loved painting and music. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his sisters, Kay Barrilleaux and husband Henry of Pride, and Sandra Russo of Cecilia; his brothers, Henry Robinson of Crockett, Texas, and Sam Robinson and wife Darline of Cecilia; and his sister-in-law, Carolyn Robinson of Baton Rouge.
He was preceded in death by his father, Stanford L. Robinson; his mother, Kathleen Wright Robinson; his step father, Herman J. Roberts; and his brother, Larry Robinson.
Pallbearers were Sam Robinson, Ronnie Barrilleaux, Robert Barilleaux, Henry Barrilleaux, Kain Russo and Robbie Robinson.
Honorary pallbearers were Dexter Robinson and Brice Navarre II.
Pellerin Funeral Home of Cecilia was in charge of arrangements.
