VILLE PLATTE - Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 24, 2018 at Ninth Baptist Church in Ville Platte, for Mrs. Lee Anna “Peach” Stephens, 86, who passed away on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 in Baton Rouge. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Rev. Darwan Lazard, Pastor of Ninth Baptist Church, will be officiating the funeral services.
Cherishing Mrs. Stephens’ memories are: her daughter, Sharon Stephens of Baton Rouge; her son, Marvin Stephens, Sr. (Latrenda) of Pearland, TX; her brother, Gabriel Vidrine of Ville Platte; her sister, Lena Mae Lafleur of Ville Platte; three grandchildren, Marvin Stephens, Jr., Alexia Stephens and Ryan Stephens, all of Pearland, TX; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by: her husband, Wilmer “Blue” Stephens; her parents, Olenes “Pop”Vidrine and Eva “Mom” Ardoin Vidrine; one brother, Vinton Vidrine, Sr.; and two sisters, Leatrice “Sis” Vidrine and Annie Lee Thomas.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 24, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Ninth Baptist Church.
