Norvil Henry Mosbroker, Sr. passed away on Friday, November 26, 2021 at the age of 76. A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home of Basile with Reverend Gordon Scoggan officiating. Burial will follow in First Baptist Cemetery of Basile.
At the request of family, visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home of Basile and will resume at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 until time of Services.
Norvil is survived by two sons, Norvil Mosbroker, Jr. and wife Lara, Joey Mosbroker; one daughter, Mary Clark; one brother, Kevin Mosbroker; two sisters, Julie Lynn Melton, Violet LaVoie; nine grandchildren, Timothy Clark, Brooklyn Mosbroker, Katelyn Clark, Casey Fields, Brandon Estilow, Cami Mosbroker, Nicholas Venable, Jasmine Mosbroker and Nathan Mosbroker.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Fruge Mosbroker; parents, Henry Mosbroker and Lillian Chretien Mosbroker; two brothers, Jimmy Mosbroker, Norman Mosbroker; four grandchildren, Gabrielle Lynn Venable, Johnathan Henry Mosbroker, Abagayle Lynn Venable, Maddison Rae Venable.
