Owen “Sonny” Dobbs, 77, of Eunice, New Mexico, passed Wednesday, October 9, 2024 in Big Spring, Texas. Memorial Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 12, 2024 at the First Baptist Church of Eunice with Brother John Dean Davis, officiating.
