Funeral services were held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, 2018, in the Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel for Richard Dee Beglis, 56, who died Thursday, Dec. 20, 2018, at home surrounded by his loving family.
Rev. Dr. Cullen Clark officiated for the services. The family requested visitation be held Saturday from 8:30 a.m. until the time of service. Interment was in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Mr. Beglis is survived by his wife of thirty years, Dina Broussard Beglis of Crowley; one daughter, Amy Hebert and her spouse Kaylynn of Crowley; two sons, Robert Jason Beglis of Lake Charles and Seth Adam Beglis of Crowley; his mother, Betty Fuselier Beglis; and one brother, Michael Beglis and his wife Cynthia of Lake Charles.
He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Peter Beglis; his maternal grandparents, Lanful and Marcelite Fuselier; and his paternal grandparents, P.T. and Loraine Beglis.
