Robert Vaughn Crisp II was born in Mamou, Louisiana on April 9, 1960 to Robert Vaughn Crisp I and Wanda Guillory Crisp. He had a charismatic smile that could light up any room and if he liked you, he loved you. Vaughn was a loving man who never asked for anything but gave everything he had to anyone in need. He was a practical joker who loved pressing your buttons just to see your reaction. Vaughn’s sense of humor and love of life was contagious to those around him. He had an affection for muscle cars and loud music while driving. Vaughn was a huge LSU football fan; he never missed a game whether he was at the game or watching it on TV. His greatest love however was that of his family. Vaughn will be greatly missed by so many that loved him.
Vaughn is survived by his loving wife, Mignone Manuel Crisp; Mother Wanda Guillory Crisp; son Lucas Crisp; two stepdaughters, Danielle Meche and husband Lucas and Shelbie Miller and husband Jordy; stepson Chet Marcantel and wife Brittany; and four sisters, Janice Remmetter and husband George, Pamela Deshotels and husband Stephen, Annette Villavso and husband Steve, and Elizabeth Crisp. Also left behind to cherish his memory are his 12 grandchildren Sydnie Monier, Tyler Crisp, Gabriel Crisp, Gianna Crisp, Addison Meche, Camdyn Meche, Elliott Meche, Cheslie Marcantel, Chrislie Marcantel, Madelynn Miller, Ellie Kate Miller, and Aiden Luke.
Vaughn is preceded in death by his father Robert Vaughn Crisp, I.
