Huge crowds lined up and gathered on the campus of LSUE Sunday afternoon for the university's annual Trunk or Treat. There were 39 different businesses, churches, organizational booths set up as well as fire fighters and city police vehicles, medical vehicles located on the grounds with each having personnel giving out candy, trinkets, and prizes to kids.
