St. Edmund Catholic High School held its graduation ceremony Wednesday evening at 6 p.m. in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.

Keep Eunice Beautiful and volunteers from Acadiana Roots/Lakeview Park/Pitre Family and Friends joined for an Earth Day clean up of Eunice. Fifteen 55-gallon bags of trash were collected in three hours along the streets of Martin Luther King, Anne, Williams and Beulah. Keep Eunice Beautiful Board member Andrea West organized the cleanup. Eunice High School celebrated its 24th annual Renaissance Pep Rally Friday morning.
The event is considered an academic excellence celebration and its focus is on students who go above and beyond in academic performance. Students earning a 3.0 grade point average and above are awarded for their excellent grades throughout the year.
