NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the dissolution of that corporation known as HALCON AERO, INC. This dissolution is effective as of July 15, 2024. Any person or entity having a claim against the dissolved corporation must submit a written notice of claim to: James C. Lopez, 759 Aspen Lane, Opelousas LA 70570. The written notice of the claim shall include: Name, address and telephone number of the claimant; amount of the claim; and the facts establishing the basis of the claim and any evidence to support the claim.
The claim will be extinguished by preemption unless a proceeding to enforce the claim has commenced within three (3) years from the date of publication of this notice.
