THIS NOTICE BY PUBLICATION IS NOTIFICATION THAT YOUR RIGHTS OR INTEREST IN THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY LOCATED IN EUNICE, ST. LANDRY PARISH, LOUISIANA MAY BE TERMINATED BY OPERATION OF LAW IF YOU DO NOT TAKE FURTHER ACTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW.
A certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the John 0. LeBlanc Subdivision to the Town of Port Barre, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as Lot One (1) of Block Twenty-five (25) of the John O. LeBlanc Subdivision to the Town of Port Barre, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana. Being the same property that Morris Guidry Acquired from Wesley Gradney on June 8, 1944, under Original Act No. 222315 in Conveyance Book S-7, page 455.
