PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that I have
completed the listings of all properties
in St. Landry Parish. Valuations
have been established on said listings
and will be available for public
inspection at the office of the Assessor,
Parish. Courthouse, Opelousas.
The books will remain open for public
inspection for a period of 15 calendar
days from August 21 through
September 5, 2024. Any taxpayer desiring
to examine his/her assessment
should do so during the 15 day period.
Note: Deadline to file a protest with the
Board of Reviewers is
September 11, 2024 @ 4 pm
“PLEASE NOTE: You must submit all information concerning the value of your property to your Assessor before the deadline for filing an appeal with the Board of Review. The failure to submit such information may prevent you from relying on that information should you protest your value.”
