Two people were arrested Wednesday as principal to first-degree murder in the shooting death of Carl Vigers on Monday.
Eunice Poolice Chief Kyle LeBouef identified those arrested as a Leroy Freeman, 21, of the 800 block of South Beulah, and a 15-year-old male.
The shooter has not been arrested as of Thursday morning.
The shooting occurred at East Maple Avenue and South Beulah Street.
