Eunice Police Chief Kyle LeBouef announced a fourth arrest in the Pumpkin Patch Day Care video case.
On Monday, police arrested Katherine Michelle Fontenot, 20, on a felony warrant charging her with six counts of principal to cruelty to juveniles.
