An Abbeville man has been charged with attempted second-degree murder in a domestic incident.
Darious Javon Lavine, 24, of the 1600 block of East Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Abbeville, is charged with attempted second degree murder, aggravated assault, home invasion, illegal use of weapons and illegal possession of a firearm by a person convicted of certain felonies.
