Crowley Police detectives are investigating an armed robbery which occurred at the Valero, located at 1764 N. Parkerson Ave., at about 6:30 p.m. March 27.
Upon entering the business the suspect brandished a firearm and demanded money from the cashier. The suspect is described as a black male with a medium build and medium length black hair. He was wearing a black sweatshirt with red writing and a red bandana covering his face. The suspect fled on foot heading east with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Anyone able to identify the suspect is urged to call the tips line at 789-TIPS or download the P3 app on a mobile device to report a tip anonymously.
All callers will remain anonymous and can receive up to a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to an arrest in this case.
