A 74-yar-old man is charged with a sex crimes that occurred 30 years ago in the Lawtell area, St. Landry Parish Sheriff Bobby Guidroz reported.
Felton Gregory Leday, of the 9700 block of U.S. 190, Opelousas, is charged with one count of first-degree rape and three counts of sexual battery.
