A 34-year-old Washington man has been arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash on Jan. 26, a Louisiana State Police Troop I news release reports.
Ryan Scott Soileau was charged with negligent homicide and hit and run. He booked into the St. Landry Parish Jail.
