A two-vehicle wreck occurred Thursday at 2:44 p.m. at the intersection of West Park and South 4th leaving one vehicle overturned. According to Eunice Police Chief Kyle LeBouef, “The silver Nissan was traveling northbound on South 4th Street. The white Hyundai was traveling westbound on West Park. The silver Nissan failed to yield from the stop sign and traveled across West Park causing the Hyundai to collide with the Nissan as it traveled into it’s path at the intersection of 4th Street. The collision caused the Nissan to overturn and come to rest on its roof. Only minor injuries were reported and no extrication equipment was needed to remove the driver.
