An Opelousas man and woman are charged in connection with the shooting of a Bayou State garbage truck on Thursday.
St. Landry Parish Sheriff Bobby Guidroz stated the Sheriff’s Office received a trespassing complaint at 7882 North Interstate 49 Service Road at about 4:30 a.m.
