St. Landry Crime Stoppers and is asking for help in solving multiple thefts at Thibodeaux’s Electric in Lawtell.
On Feb. 2, at about 3 a.m. video surveillance captured an unidentified dark colored vehicle park in the parking lot of the post office. Two unknown males are seen entering the property of Thibodeaux Electric and removing about three spools of new wire and copper tubing fittings. The wire on the spools is green and black in color. The two suspects made several trips back and forth to their vehicle due to the weight of the wire. The total loss of value is listed at over $5,500.
