After multiple people were injured during a shooting, Ville Platte Police arrested Jamarcus Ceaser, 24 of the 1000 block of North Vivian Street, Eunice, according to Police Chief Nela Lartigue.
Ceaser was charged with attempted second degree murder.
Police responded at 1:15 a.m. Oct 14 to Chataignier and Main where shots were being fired.
