Justin Owens, of Eunice, is under arrest for the fatal shooting of Tjuan August on Feb. 15.
According to a news release from Evangeline Parish Sheriff Charles Guillory, Owens was booked into the parish jail on a second-degree murder charge and his bail is set at $1 million.
