Eunice Police arrested Paul Hezechia Celestine, 18, Eunice, who they said fired several shot into a moving vehicle driven by a South 2nd Street resident.
According to a news release from Chief Kyle LeBouef, Police were dispatched to the intersection of South 2nd Street and West Maple Street in reference to shots fired in the area at about 1:17 p.m. Dec. 24.
