Sept. 7
Phoebe Joy Christen, 18, 1300 block of W. Peach, Eunice. Possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tracey A. Terry, 38, 800 block of S. Beulah, Eunice. Criminal trespass.
Richard Arthur Ray, 37, 200 block of 6th St., Mamou. Misdemeanor sexual battery.

Sept. 8
Francis Xavier Schaefer, 64, 1000 block of W. Vine, Eunice. False communication with the intent to cause an emergency response.
Shannon Marie Laycock, 31, 3500 block of Patterson St., Pollick. Obstruction of public passage, battery of a police officer and resisting a police officer with force or violence.
