Destany P. Richard, 20, 800 block of Monarch Way, Lake Charles. Theft less than $1,000.
Louis Toussaint, 51, 1400 block of Anne Street, Eunice. Theft less than $1,000.
Cannon P. Hughes, 34, 600 block of South 6th Street, Eunice. Probation violation.
