Dustin Miles Harper, 25, 4200 block of Eunice Iota Hwy., Eunice. Operating a vehicle while intoxicated, open container alcoholic beverage, careless operation of a vehicle, disobeyed stop and yield signs, no insurance, no driver’s license on person.
