Jarett Paul Aguillard, 28, 1300 block of West Peach, Eunice. Disturbing the peace, aggravated assault.

September 26
Brandon Aymond, 32, 4400 block of Hwy. 167, Opelousas. Theft, value $1,000-$5,000.

September 28
Dustin Joseph Gartman, 36, 1800 block of West Dudley, 900 block of North 4th Street, Eunice. Simple battery.
