A hearing in response to a writ of mandamus filed for Eunice Police Officer Stephanie Myers is scheduled Monday.
The action filed by her attorney, William Goode, of Lafayette, asked that Myers be promoted to sergeant with full back pay from Sept. 13, 2022.
