14:52 A caller witnessed a vehicle shoot a flare gun at a vehicle, vehicle was not hit and didn’t stop.

22:24 Caller from 100 block of Childs St. advised that a subject is at the residence, and she had changed the locks, and neighbor advised that he is in the yard.
