17:09 Caller in 2100 block of West Magnolia advised that her neighbor was yelling at a subject outside of her home.
17:59 Caller in the area of South 7th Street advised that a vehicle is by the Circle Park and is blocking traffic and the stop sign.
20:26 Caller in 400 block of Ulysee would like to speak to an officer in reference to a subject that stole from him while he was staying with him.
