15:53 Report of juveniles hitting a rooster with sticks at Walking Park.
16:00 Caller in the 200 block of South Beulah advised of a subject threatening to kill himself.

17:25 Caller in the area of Alexander advised that multiple juveniles are in the roadway and not allowing people to pass through.
