17:09 Caller advised that a red Jeep male fell asleep behind the wheel in the middle of the road. Caller honked to wake him up. He is now on W. Park.

01:45 Caller at 100 block of E.Ardoin advised that someone is screaming in the middle of the street. Caller is inside and cannot tell what is going on, just hears screaming.
