Eunice Police saw and smelled marijuana in a vehicle stopped for a traffic violation, according to a news release from Police Chief Kyle LeBouef.
Rapheus Joseph, 23, of the 1300 block of Buatt Avenue, Crowley, exited the vehicle after it was determined the license plate had been switched, the news release stated.
