Victor Jordan Jr., 18, of the 100 block of Boudreaux Street, Eunice, is charged with four counts of attempted second-degree murder for an April 15 shooting.
Jordan is also charged with criminal damage to property.
Eunice Police Chief Randy Fontenot said Jordan flagged down a pickup truck with four people in it at about 5 p.m. in the 100 block of Boudreaux Street.
