Information sought about thief

Crime Stoppers of Acadia Parish needs the public’s help to solve a crime.
The Crowley Police Department is investigating a vehicle burglary that occurred on March 2 about 5:30 p.m. in the 1200 block of North Parkerson Avenue. The victim’s purse was stolen and a credit card was later used to make multiple purchases in Carencro and Opelousas.
The suspect was captured on video surveillance and is described as a black male wearing a blue baseball cap, blue muscle shirt and dark pants. He was seen driving a dark color, newer model Dodge Charger.

All callers will remain anonymous and can receive up to a $1,000 cash reward.
