Six inmates in the Eunice City Jail added a felony charge to their troubles after a jail fight on Aug. 17.
Eunice Police Chief Randy Fontenot said a person arrested last week was jumped in the jail.
The suspected attackers were arrested on Aug.. 24
“Apparently he is not well liked” he said.
But Fontenot didn’t know why they beat the inmate up.
