A 56-year-old Port Barre man is accused of stealing a truck and trailer at gunpoint then driving to the Port Barre Police Department where he was arrested.
According to a news release from St. Landry Parish Sheriff Bobby Guidroz, Chad M. Myers, 56, of Way Street, Port Barre, is charged with armed robbery and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
