A St. Landry Parish criminal jury took less than two hours on Thursday to find an Opelousas man guilty of second-degree rape for the sexual assault upon a family member.
Reginald Jackson, who was arrested in April 2020 on the rape charge, will be sentenced on Nov. 10 before District Judge Gerard Caswell.
